Start Time: 7:00 AM
7:00 AM – QR Code Setup
Task: Place QR codes on stadium seats
Team: Margie, Tania, and additional support staff
7:30 AM – 8:15 AM: Student Arrival
Seniors begin arriving and proceed to the stands
8:15 AM – Senior Seating
Lead: Ryleigh & Melissa
Seniors will be called in the following order. They may sit anywhere, except for:
Speakers: Front rows
Spencer O, Rafferty
Seating Order:
Valedictorians
Salutatorians
CSF Lifetime Members
Biliteracy Seal Recipients
Spencer O’raferty
All Other Seniors
8:30 AM – QR Code Check-In & Debt Reminder
Lead: Margie
Students scan the QR code on their seat
Students without phones may use a classmate’s or be assisted by a counselor
While scanning is in progress, Margie will announce any outstanding debts (textbooks, fines, etc.)
All debts must be cleared by the end of the business day Thursday
8:45 AM – Graduation Program Overview
Lead: Mr. Robles
Overview of the ceremony schedule and expectations
8:55 AM – Stand Up / Sit Down Practice
Leads: Mr. Robles & Mr. Montes
Practice group standing and sitting for cue awareness
9:05 AM – Processional & Recessional Practice
Leads: Counselors & Admin Team
Practice includes:
Walking into the stadium and finding seats
Crossing the stage
Posing at the photo station
Returning to seats
One full run-through of the ceremony process
