National Night Out is fast approaching on August 4th. Please review the attached flyer and complete the attached sign-up sheet to designate which members of your site will assist at the event.

To ensure we are fully prepared, Please review the following information:

Event Details & Logistics

• Event Date: Tuesday, August 04, 2026
• Team Setup Time:  4:00 PM – 4:45 PM
• Event Time: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Coverage: At least one team member must be present at the booth at all times.

Required Materials

• Child Giveaways: Bring 60–100 small favors for children (e.g., stickers, pencils, small toys, or candy).
• Informational Resources: Gather any brochures or materials that highlight your site's services for the community.
• Student Registration: Our booth will feature iPads to assist parents with digital student registration. 

 Please make arrangements with your teams to attend this community engagement event.

So that we are fully prepared to connect with families, kindly ensure you bring the following items:

• Business cards and informative flyers
• Informational resources for parents
• Giveaways and small treats for the children

We anticipate a high turnout of youth, so we highly recommend preparing 50 to 60 individual items—such as trinkets, stickers, pencils, or candy—to hand out.
