Student Athlete Clearance Packet

For athletic clearance for the 2023 - 2024 school year, pick up a packet in the front office of EUHS.  Packet can also be found below:

 

We will be offering an athletic physical for a $10 donation on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 beginning at 1:00 PM.   Students cleared on Wednesday, May 3 will be athletic clear for the 2023 - 2024 school year.
